I'm just adding extra here to the larger article at left.
I've just found and read the stamp issue policy on the web and see that each year something for children is prioritised.

I'm part of the Horticultural Media Association and associate with horticultural therapy groups where succulent plants are favoured over all other plants in rehabilitation and with disabled people.
More importantly it is now common knowledge that succulent plants are a number one favourite with children.
