Australian Succulents

One week as a guest speaker at Cactus & Succulent Society of America's convention in Tucson Arizona.

I was invited to introduce Australian native succulent flora to over 500 people in a presentation at the convention, which was very well received.
This was followed by three weeks of field trips and exploring cacti and succulents in habitat, mostly in southern USA. Much of this field exploration was to photograph and record the plants of the region, also for future talks, presentations and articles. (See 'Talks and Presentations' section of this website for more on this).

I'm planning a feature article with pictures on native succulent orchids in the coming days.
