Australian Rare and Unusual Wattles - set of three stamps 

 September 14th 2021- We have been fortunate to have worked with Australia Post once again, but this time to help produce a series of 3 postage stamps featuring wattles. Three species of rare and unusual wattles, but none of them with yellow flowers! We specifically provided the image used for one of the three postage stamps. It is the red-flowered Acacia leprosa 'Scarlet Blaze'. We have been working on this project for many months but could not legally announce until the public announcement of the release due for September 14. Coincidentally during 2021 we have also revised and expanded our publication on rare and unusual wattles (see our bookshop for more.) Two of the three Acacia species featured on the stamps are also featured in our publication. One of the images in this publication is now prominently on a postage stamp!
